Owner of Campagnolo to Open New Midtown Eatery

New venture, to be named Henry's Midtown, is to open in former Mint3 Thai & Sushi space.

The owner of the highly popular Campagnolo plans to open a new restaurant in Midtown at 132 W. 10th St. near Peachtree Street — in the space that had been Mint3 Thai & Sushi. Restaurater Maureen Kalmanson said the concept for her new spot, Henry's Midtown, is upscale with a menu centered around chef-driven sandwich creations and other items. The plan also is to serve mostly craft beers, Kalmanson told Midtown Patch. Henry's Midtown, named for one of her dogs, will be non-smoking, joining a growing trend in Atlanta restaurants that have opened in recent years. The Hyatt opening should help this new business. Good news for the neighborhood as the 10th street area continues to improve with 10th & Piedmont, Ten, Campagnolo and the other good businesses adding to the area. I've noticed an increase in activity in this area. The sidewalk on the north side of tenth between Piedmont and Juniper is a big issue though....   more ›
