An ambitious and new approach to early learning continues to grow in Midtown; following success of nearby International Preschools, new Amsterdam Walk school set to open doors in August 2013.

A new K-5 school is targeting an August 2013 opening an Amsterdam Walk shopping district warehouse space near the corner of Monroe Drive and Amsterdam Avenue. Midtown International School Informational Meeting Monday

Make plans to learn more about a new K-5 school in Midtown set for an August 2013 opening

The Midtown International School, a private K-5 set to open in August of 2013 in Midtown, will be holding an informational meeting on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012. The 7 p.m. meeting, which will include school organizers sharing site plans/designs, fundraising opportunities, discussing curriculum and touring the future home of the new campus, will be held at Loca Luna, located at 550 Amsterdam Avenue. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Loca Luna; therefore, it is essential that organizers have a headcount for this event.
