New tenants to occupy office space at 1075 Peachtree Street with more expected office lease signing announcements expected in the next few months.
12th & Midtown, the more than 3-million-square-foot master-planned mixed-use development in the heart of Midtown, announced Tuesday three new office lease signings at 1075 Peachtree Street. The recently secured new tenants that will operate in the space include two Fortune 500 companies, PNC Bank N.A., a member of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, as well as financial advisory firm, Conway MacKenzie, Inc.
