Epiphany - Three Kings Day - Is Sunday

Jan. 6 marked the second-oldest Christian feast day after Easter. Also known as 'Little Christmas,' the Feast of the Epiphany is a day of religious observance for many Christians around the world.

If you thought the Christmas holidays were long gone, well, you were wrong. The Epiphany - the 12th Day of Christmas – is Jan. 6. That is the day that the Three Kings, also known as the Magi, met the baby Jesus and delivered their gifts. It commemorates the visitation of the wise men (Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazzar) to the son of God born as a man, the star leading the Magi to him, Christ's baptism in the Jordan, and the first miracle at Cana. It's the second-oldest Christian feast day after Easter. Also known as 'Little Christmas,' the Feast of the Epiphany is a day of religious observance for many Christians around the world.
