Staff Report Troutman Sanders LLP said it named three of its attorneys to the Of Counsel position. Those who were promoted include Midtown's Anthony D. Greene and Hallie M. Meushaw, both of whom are based at the firm's Midtown headquarters and Mamta K. Shah out of its New York offices.
