I've lived in Colony Park Citihomes for nearly 8 years and have NEVER had any problems with mail delivery. I am an owner and am the one who personally had the locks installed in our package room, where USPS packages are left - and a key is left for you in you mailbox to retrieve them. Sadly, I'm not sure how it can be "remedied" when no one has reported any issues to the Board of Directors.
UPS and FedEx should deliver to your unit door, occasionally UPS will leave packages in the lobby.
There are security cameras in the lobby.
This building is very secure as long as keys and codes are not given out to anyone but homeowners.
Very sad that Amy had a problem with "mysterious missing packages".
Incidentally to clarify the description, we are not Handicap Accessible other than an elevator each building but there are no ramps and no elevator to pool/gym area or to the clubhouse.
Awesome location in the middle of Midtown with walking to all the cool restaurants/bars/cafes and to the entrance of Piedmont Park.
Please note that management is not on-site.
