In some cases APD and Midtown Blue need to be alittle more Pro Active. Currently the squatter at 223 13th St is moving stuff out of that house and the abandoned apt. building. Looking at all the outdoor furniture he is loading today (mon20th) several midtown thefts could be wrapped up if APD made an effort.
