BLT Steak Celebrates 5th Anniversary with $5 Blackboard Menu
It’s time to blow out the candles as BLT
Steak celebrates its 5th Anniversary as a standout in the city’s
culinary scene. Enjoy Chef Nick Alicea’s exclusive 5/5/5 blackboard
lunch menu and savor five decadent specialty items for five days for only
$5 each. Starting Monday, January 27 and ending Friday, January 31, BLT
invites Atlantans to clear their calendar and join us in the celebration of our
5th.
The 5/5/5 blackboard menu will include the following for $5
per selection:
- Two braised Beef Short Rib Sliders finished
with a red wine glaze and topped with crispy slaw - Two slow cooked Duck Confit Sliders
smothered with BLT’s in-house BBQ sauce and salty bite of Gorgonzola cheese - Onion Soup prepared in the classic French
style with a crust of golden brown Emmenthal cheese and garlic, herb
crouton - Half Dozen Oysters, chilled and freshly
shucked with a mixed selection of east and west coast seasonal offerings to
change daily - Everyone’s favorite BLT Flatbread served
with creamy ranch dressing and peppery arugula layered onto crispy flat
bread with house smoked bacon
The 5/5/5 menu will be available from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
