For four days only, Monday, September
23 through Thursday, September 26, BLT Steak is being transformed into a
festival of grapes. From 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. each day, guests are invited to sip
and savor wines poured by guest sommeliers and winemakers, with small bites
from Chef Cyrille Holota. For $30, guests will learn about a rotating
selection of wines, showcasing a variety of regions. Sample selections include
B.R. Cohn, Chateau Montelena, NxNW and Pierre Péters Champagne. For
